Because of a power failure Tuesday night at The Durango Herald’s printing plant in Cortez, many Herald subscribers did not receive their paper on time Wednesday morning. Most late papers were delivered during the day Wednesday. Subscribers not served by carriers Wednesday will find that paper delivered with today’s Durango Herald. Advertising inserts missing from Wednesday papers are in today’s edition. The Herald apologizes for the inconvenience.
