Wilma Daum, 95, is surrounded by Girl Scout Troop No. 26243 during a “Rosie the Riveter Day” celebration Thursday at the Durango Elks Lodge. Daum was a riveter from 1943 to 1945 for Rohr Enterprises in San Diego during World War II. She worked on B-36 bomber engines. The troop hosted a dance party to honor the riveters.
