Eli Hoge and Morgan Ferrarese skate down the Animas River Trail on Thursday with Ferrarese’s dog, Ophelia, to get some exercise and sunshine. According to the statewide stay-at-home order by Gov. Jared Polis people are allowed to participate in outdoor recreation at a legally-mandated safe distance of 6 feet or more from other people.
