Pine River Senior Center is open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Tuesdays (BYO lunch), Wednesdays and Fridays. Hot lunch is served at noon on Wednesday and Friday. Call 884-5415 by 9 a.m. of the day to reserve a meal.

NOTE: the Senior Center will be closed on Dec. 25 and 31.

Friday, Dec. 4 - Salad bar, braised pork ribs, sauerkraut w/ apples, peas and pearl onions, wheat roll, pineapple, frozen vanilla yogurt.

Wednesday, Dec. 9 - Salad bar, BBQ sausage w/ peppers, oven browned potatoes, coleslaw, rye roll, tapioca pudding.

Friday, Dec. 11 - Salad bar, chicken fried steak, whipped potatoes, country gravy, broccoli & cheese, wheat roll, oranges, cake.

Wednesday, Dec. 16 - Salad bar, Philly steak sandwich, oven roasted potatoes, veggie blend, oranges, chocolate chip cookie.

Friday, Dec. 18 - Christmas dinner - Salad bar, glazed Cornish game hen, wild rice, asparagus, wheat roll, cheesecake w/ cherries.

Wednesday, Dec. 23 - Salad bar, combo burrito smothered w/ green chili, tomato, lettuce, cilantro brown rice, grapes.

Wednesday, Dec. 30 - Salad bar, baked ham w/ raisin sauce, black eyed peas, California veggies, rye roll, vanilla pudding, banana.
