Taed Heydinger and the Bayfield Wolverines will take a 15-4 record on the road to play in the 3A District 3 bracket at No. 4 Lamar on Saturday. First up for BHS will be No. 20 Bennett (10-6).
Andrew Selser and the Durango Demons will travel to face No. 6 Delta in the 4A District 8 tournament Saturday.
The Class 2A District 2 baseball bracket features Ignacio (13-4). The Bobcats will travel to Paonia for the tournament. Paonia and Hotchkiss earned byes in the quarterfinal round. Ignacio will open with Cedaredge (12-7), with Hotchkiss (16-1) awaiting the winner. Paonia (18-1) will await the winner of Dolores (0-15) and Meeker (7-11).
Each district champion will advance to the CHSAA State Baseball Championships.
