I am writing this letter because of the sincere kindness bestowed upon me while shopping for a birthday gift for my 7-year-old daughter. Ever since she was little, she was always climbing around, and one of her favorite activities was to hang and swing on outdoor gymnastic bars at school or at a park in town. She told me it was her dream to have an outdoor gymnastics bar at our house.

As a result, I went to get the supplies to make one of these bars and received excellent service by Tom Desm to help find everything we needed. The store manager, Todd Anderson, also began to help us, and after hearing what we were doing, he told us he would pay for all the supplies to make her outdoor gymnastics bar dream come true. I was completely shocked by his kindness and sincerity and plan to “pay it forward” to someone else in the community.

We need more random acts of kindness in this world. Thanks so much!
