Four-year-old Marcos Lucero seemed to be holding on to the last rays of sunlight hitting the playground at Santa Rita Park on Sunday afternoon. Marcos’ mom, Angela Lucero, who is in town from Grand Junction on business, said she was surprised the weather was so nice. “I was expecting it to be bad, but it’s beautiful,”she said.
