The American Lung Association’s Freedom from Smoking program will be offered from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesdays from Jan. 8 to Feb. 19 at San Juan Regional Medical Center, 801 West Maple St., in Farmington.

The eight-week series will be led by a respiratory therapist and will offer individualized support to stop smoking permanently.

Classes can accommodate up to 12 participants. Early registration is recommended.
