‘Health care without conscience, business sense, moral direction’

I could not be more disgusted with both CommonSpirit and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. With annual rate increases on my insurance, I’m now paying just under $20,000 per year for health insurance. Coverages are continually reduced, premiums go up and, now, I can’t use Mercy Hospital.

CommonSpirit emails and tells me to call my insurance company, and tell them they need to reach an agreement. Blue Cross contacts me and tells me I need to tell CommonSpirit to come to their senses.

What I humbly suggest is that everyone involved get off their a**** and be adults. It’s not my responsibility to do your jobs for you, as incompetent as you appear to be.

I’m fed up with both, and a health care system that appears to be without conscience, business sense or moral direction. I hold each of you equally responsible for this mess.
