The Business Improvement District kicked off its annual holiday window decoration competition Tuesday, and 35 Durango merchants are competing for the title of best holiday decorator.
Businesses in the contest have decorated buildings and store windows to bring out the holiday spirit in festive Durango style. Photos of displays in the running can be viewed on the BID Facebook page, though people are encouraged to see the decorations in person.
People can vote for their favorite display through Dec. 20 by visiting the photo album posted on Facebook and pressing “like” on the chosen photo.
The winner will be crowned Dec. 21.
