10:40 a.m. Someone was looking into cars on Davidson Creek Road.

8:11 p.m. A white, “tricked-out” truck was speeding at more than 100 mph somewhere on U.S. Highway 550.

6:36 a.m. Five Angus cows were on County Road 502.

8:47 a.m. Car parts and a dead coyote lay in the road near the Grandview interchange.

4:54 p.m. Someone reported finding a bullet hole that pierced a sun room somewhere along County Road 318, west of Ignacio.

8:38 a.m. A semi truck was stuck and blocking both lanes traffic on County Road 310, south of Durango-La Plata County Airport.

10:50 a.m. Someone reported a man on a motorbike driving around with no plates in the Durango West II subdivision.

4:24 p.m. A man sitting in a mail delivery truck was on a phone yelling at someone in the Falls Creek area.

4:36 p.m. A man threatened someone else with a pocket knife on Carbon Junction.

6:13 p.m. Someone reported a tire coming off a truck that was pulling a trailer at Bayfield Center Drive.

4:33 a.m. A man was riding down a hill on a skateboard at the Grandview interchange.

1:04 p.m. Someone wanted to talk to a deputy about empty bottles of alcohol along County Road 228, northeast of Elmore’s Corner.

Thursday, May 9

8:44 a.m. Someone found a rifle and a red cooler sitting next to a rock along Junction Creek Road (County Road 204).

11:12 a.m. Someone was burning couches somewhere along U.S. Highway 550 south of Durango.

2:15 p.m. A man reported that someone had threatened his life, and he had video of the encounter, according to a report on D Bar K Drive.
