No one wants to be a snitch but with a lack of official enforcement, how are we to know where to shop? I would support a list of non-complying businesses, in somewhere like the Herald, where we can know who is being responsible. Names can be removed as they comply.

If city or county enforcement is not there, let’s try citizen enforcement with our pocketbooks. But please support complying businesses.
