The Durango Chamber of Commerce has announced an overtime rules workshop at 9 a.m. Sept. 21 at the Durango Public Libaray, 1900 East Third Ave.
Information on the new Fair Labor Standard Act and its implications for businesses will be presented.
Starting Dec. 1, the minimum salary requirements for employees to qualify as exempt from overtime pay will increase to $47,476 per year.
