Farmington Chamber of Commerce moves to San Juan College Quality Center for Business

San Juan College Quality Center for Business will soon welcome the Farmington Chamber of Commerce to its location at 5101 College Blvd.

The move establishes a one-stop center for business support and resources. It will help maximize outreach efforts with partners such as San Juan County, the city of Farmington, Farmington Convention and Visitors Bureau, Fort Lewis College and La Plata Economic Alliance.

Quality Center for Business currently houses the offices of the Small Business Development Center, Women’s Economic Self-Sufficiency Team, the Enterprise Center, The Big Idea at SJC Makerspace and Four Corners Economic Development.

Once the Farmington Chamber of Commerce relocates, they plan to host Chamber-sponsored networking coffee events at the QCB, as well as ribbon cuttings for chamber members without “brick and mortar” locations. They also will offer half-priced chamber memberships, plus six months free advertising in the chamber newsletter for QCB incubator/accelerator businesses. Makerspace members, who also are chamber members, will be offered bundle package discounts.
