A free showing and discussion of the documentary film “Take Back Your Power” is scheduled from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Jan. 26 at the Durango Public Library.
The film points to the alleged dangers of the electromagnetic emissions of “smart” technology found in meters that measure electric consumption and other equipment.
Opponents of smart technology won the right recently to opt out of having a smart meter installed in their house by La Plata Electric Association. Critics often point to health danger from exposure to smart meter emissions.
