To accommodate snow removal, parking will not be allowed from 11 p.m. Wednesday to 6 a.m. Thursday, from Narrow Gauge Avenue to East Second Avenue and from Fifth Street to 13th Street.

Also, drivers should not park downtown after 2 a.m. Wednesday.
