We are hearing the Durango sewage treatment plant is completed. Why does it still smell like the old one?
After $65 million, it still smells like sewage.
Didn’t they promise us that it would be all right to keep it at the same location because it won’t smell?
Maybe they just haven’t turned on the air cleaners yet ... What a shame.
