The Wells Group will be hosting their 19th Annual Wells Group Real Estate Forecast beginning at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, at the Fort Lewis College Community Concert Hall. Doors open the public at 5:45 p.m., and the presentation will take place from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
The presentation will feature a commercial real estate appraiser and economist who will provide information about our local economy, real estate sales over the last year, construction forecasts, tourism info, oil & gas outlook and more.
