2:42 a.m. An unoccupied vehicle parked at Walmart had a fictitious license plate.

Tuesday

11:56 a.m. Two men were passed out outside Liquor World, 695 Camino del Rio.

12:42 p.m. A woman reported that another woman was possibly taking advantage of her son at Walmart.

1:32 p.m. A drunken man was yelling at the Durango Transit Center, 250 W. Eight St.

2:20 p.m. Someone reported an illegal alternative medicine practice somewhere in Durango.

3:31 p.m. A man who was upset about an eviction was refusing to leave the Tamarin Square Apartments, 1401 East Third Ave.

4:26 p.m. A woman said she was pulled over by an older man who claimed to be a police officer near a construction site on Colorado Highway 3.

5:44 p.m. The driver of a vehicle hit a post and a tree, causing the airbag to deploy, on private property at Animas Surgical Hospital, 575 Rivergate Lane.

8:48 p.m. Someone reported a person making a ramp and using skis to do tricks, causing a hazard at the Silver Peaks Condos, 1100 Goeglein Gulch Road.

Durango Fire

Firefighters and medics responded to 16 calls Tuesday, including an assault, two people experiencing chest pains and a structure fire in the 500 block of Sierra Circle.
