8:55 a.m. Police responded to a T-bone crash at East Fourth Avenue and Eighth Street. A patient was in shock.
2:39 p.m. Three men and a woman were passing around a vodka bottle in the 700 block of East Second Avenue.
6:37 p.m. About a half-dozen people were drinking alcohol by the river in the 3100 block of East Second Avenue.
