Purgatory Resort will hold naturalist training for nature tours at 9:30 a.m. Thursday at the Purgatory Resort ticket office.
Training will be conducted by naturalists with San Juan Mountains Association in partnership with San Juan National Forest.
Guided tours are from 9:45 a.m. to noon every Tuesday and Thursday, starting June 4 and running into mid-August.
Those who cannot make the training may still receive training by following along on the tours.
