75 years ago: There was an announcement that warned all industrial and institutional users of sugar, including hotels, restaurants, hospitals, churches, taverns, drugstores, bakeries, confectioners, grocers and all other commercial sugar users, retailers and wholesalers, that they must register at the high school if they were to obtain sugar in the future.
