Three Durango Little League squads have taken their turns on the state stage. Now it’s the fourth’s turn.

The 11-and-under All Star team is set to begin the state tournament today in Cortez after winning the district tournament recently.

The 14-and-under, 12-and-under and 10-and-under sides participated in their respective state tournaments last week, with the eldest team capturing the championship in Granby, while the youngest team went 2-2 in Aurora and the middle team played in Denver.

The team heading to Cortez today to open this weekend’s action is coached by Craig Arnwine, and his assistant coaches are Sean Warman and Ryan Engle.

The players are Joe Arnwine, Kade Engle, Luke Ford, Logan Fullington, Spencer Holl, Braden Lyons, Kiernan McInnis, Tim Miller, Andrew Morgan, Rowan Morris, Maddie Jo Robbins and Max Warman.

The winner of the tournament in Cortez advances to regionals.
