Economic development association to meet
The Montezuma Community Economic Development Association has scheduled its community membership meeting for noon to 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Mancos Community Center.
Attendees can meet the new economic development specialist Chris Burkett, learn about projects currently underway and receive an update about current activities.
There also will be information about the Small Business Development Center Connect for Health Colorado Certified Health Coverage Guide program.
Elections for open seats on the board also will be held.
There is a $12 cost for lunch.

Health practice adds new provider
Southwest Women’s Health Associates, 575 Rivergate Lane, Suite 210, announces new health-care provider Caitlin Prescott.
Prescott previously worked at San Juan Basin Health Department and Planned Parenthood as a health-care provider. She is accepting new patients.
The practice is owned by Karen Zink and managed by Christine Stacey.
