A Colorado landfill teems with plastic bags in an illustrative scene from “Bag It.” Two free screenings of the documentary will be shown locally this week; at 7 p.m. Wednesday in Noble Hall room 125 at Fort Lewis College and at 5 p.m. Thursday at the Back Space Theatre. Thursday’s screening will be preceded by a social hour and update on the campaign to levy a 10-cent fee on plastic bags at large grocery retailers. Voters will decide on the ordinance Nov. 5.
