The Colorado Native Plant Society will host a lecture by environmental biologist Michael Remke from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Tuesday in the Lyceum Room of the Center of Southwest Studies at Fort Lewis College.
Remke’s lecture, “Beyond the Chlorophyll: How Life in the Soil Influences Plant Growth in Changing Climates,” will discuss experiments conducted during his research into how plants interact with changing environments.
The talk will be presented with an emphasis on concepts and photos that highlight key lessons from Remke’s work.
