6:58 p.m. A large group of intoxicated homeless people were yelling and harssing at people at Iris Park, 1235 Camino del Rio. They received a warning.
7:53 p.m. An intoxicated man was reportedly passed out near the Red Box machine outside south City Market, 6 Town Plaza. An arrest was made.
