8:31 a.m. A homeless person was inside a business in the 300 block of South Camino del Rio.
10:27 a.m. Two intoxicated men were at Narrow Gauge Avenue and west Ninth Street.
10:53 a.m. A man was passed out on a bench in the 900 block of Narrow Gauge Avenue.
12:09 p.m. An intoxicated man was passed out in the 2900 block of Main Avenue.
12:57 p.m. A man was unconscious in the west 100 block of Ninth Street.
1:37 p.m. People with petitions were harassing customers outside of a business in the 1100 block of South Camino del Rio.
2:11 p.m. Someone reported a man with a large knife was trying to get into a residence in the 2900 block of Holly Avenue.

10:18 p.m. A man was breaking windows in the 1000 block of County Road 500.
