San Juan Mountains Association will host an educational hike through Sand Canyon from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. May 23 at Sand Canyon, Canyons of the Ancients National Monument.
On this educational hike, hikers will learn about the natural and cultural history of the area. Participants must be able to hike up to 7 miles over rocky and uneven terrain.
