2:54 a.m. Someone reported a weird smell in the 700 block of East Seventh Avenue.
10:28 p.m. Two men were knocking on garages and asking for random numbers, according to a report in the 1900 block of Main Avenue.
Saturday
10:01 a.m. Someone reported finding a ring in the 700 block of Main Avenue.
11:35 p.m. People were coming and going from a loud party in the 200 block of Jenkins Ranch Road.
Friday
3:52 p.m. A RAV4 was blocking someone’s driveway in the 1000 block of East Third Avenue. Police issued a citation.
7:13 p.m. Two bears were in the same area where several kids were playing, according to a report at Mountain Sun Apartments, 1208 Florida Road. The bears were not being aggressive.
11:55 p.m. Someone witnessed another person break into an office and steal money at Wapiti Lodge, 21625 U.S. Highway 160.

Firefighters and medics responded to 61 calls Thursday through Sunday, including four brush fires, six people who fell and needed assistance, eight people who were sick, three separate incidents of a single tree on fire, two reports of smoke outside, three traffic crashes and a vehicle on fire.
