The Colorado Department of Transportation will host a ribbon-cutting at 1 p.m. Thursday at Fassbinder Park to celebrate the completion the Americans with Disabilities Act project at the corner of W. 17th Street and Main Avenue.
CDOT and community leaders will recognize the installation of an ADA ramp for pedestrians and new traffic signal at the intersection.
