Mar Evers brings nature to art
Mar Evers is showing her work at the Community Artist Program at Pine River Valley Bank in Bayfield.
An artist reception is from 4 to 5 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 18 at the bank.
Evers strives to bring to the viewer an honest, presentation of how nature blends forest to mountain, rock to water and animal to habitat. She hopes the viewer can explore and find something new in her painting day after day.
She has participated in many shows and is invited annually to the Quick Draw event at the Fall Arts Festival in Jackson Hole, Wyo. She is currently represented by Shadow Mountain Gallery in Jackson Hole, L Bar Gallery in Stevensville, Texas and Elk Horn Gallery in Winter Park.
