50 years ago: The Durango Television Network, Inc., has started its cable replacement program, it was announced today by John Morrissey, president and general manager. Involved in the initial phase of the work are four sections in Durango. The cost of the conversion from a five to a 12-channel system is expected to amount to about $90,000.
