1:25 p.m. An employee at a business in the 700 block of Main Avenue found a jacket with a gun in it.
3:38 p.m. A mother’s 15-year-old boy did not return home after being dismissed from Durango High School.
6:18 p.m. A burglar broke into a home in the 2300 block of West Third Avenue.

12:24 a.m. Eight men were fighting against two men in the 600 block of Main Avenue.
2:18 a.m. A man tried to break into a home in the west 200 block of 31st Street.
1:31 p.m. A man at the High Bridge in the 1000 block of South Camino del Rio reported losing his boat on the river.
2:43 p.m. A man and a woman were fighting in the 300 block of East Eighth Avenue.

2:02 a.m. Two women were fighting at McDonald’s on West College Drive.
2:13 a.m. Someone was found sleeping in the lobby of the Durango Post Office.
4:13 a.m. A thief broke into a vehicle at Walmart and took items.
4:30 p.m. A man in a gold Suburban drove by someone and waved a gun in the 3600 block of County Road 203, north of Durango.

1:01 p.m. People in an older blue Subaru hatchback were having sex in the 2000 block of Rim Drive.
3:15 p.m. A woman shoplifted from Walmart on South Camino del Rio.
6:50 p.m. A Walmart employee detained a woman for shoplifting. Police made at least one arrest.

2:24 a.m. Someone threatened to shoot another person near Hermosa Meadows subdivision.

10:31 a.m. Someone’s 21-year-old grandson attempted arson the day before in the 13900 block of U.S. Highway 160, near Hesperus.

3:53 p.m. Two men were arguing and one threatened the other with a knife in the 1500 block of County Road 526 in Bayfield.
Saturday
9:35 a.m. A woman had a handgun and was threatening to kill her husband somewhere on County Road 122, south of Hesperus.
9:46 a.m. A man and a woman were fighting somewhere on East Colorado Drive in Bayfield.
5:36 p.m. Someone heard a large explosion near the 22500 block of Colorado Highway 140, south of Hesperus.

2:19 p.m. Two 30-year-old men capsized in a canoe at Vallecito Reservoir.
