6:35 a.m. A small compact car was sticking out into a lane of traffic in the 600 block of East Eighth Avenue.
1:59 p.m. A woman was heard screaming for help at the Budget Inn, 3077 Main Ave.
9:25 p.m. A car was in the road and a man was lying passed out outside the vehicle near West Second Avenue and 32nd Street.
