During this fabulous snow year, I want to thank the city, county and CDOT staff members who have worked tirelessly to keep our streets and roads open and safe.
Although their work has been exemplary, folks still need to use their brains when driving by slowing down (arriving at Purgatory five minutes later won’t ruin your day), leaving adequate space between vehicles and clearing snow off vehicles (including roofs).
Durango is a great town and we appreciate all who work to keep it that way!
