Medicare Part D open enrollment will begin Oct. 15. People may review and change their Part D plan at this time. Changes will become effective Jan. 1, 2020.
Medicare State Health Insurance Assistance counselors will be available to help people review their plans Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays through open enrollment.
