Bayfield bank seeks artwork to display
Pine River Valley Bank is looking for artists and photographers to display their framed artwork in its Bayfield branch’s lobby, 301 N. Commerce Drive.
Featured artwork is scheduled in advance and rotated monthly.

Applications sought for local authors fair
The Durango Public Library, 1900 East Third Ave., invites local authors to apply for inclusion in the Local Authors Fair to be held from 11 to 11:30 a.m. Oct. 11.
This event is a chance to interact with the community, network with fellow literary artists and promote work.
Applications are due by July 1 and can be found at www.durangopubliclibrary.org.
The event is part of the fifth annual Durango Public Library Literary Festival held from Oct. 10 to 11 featuring Augusten Burroughs, The New York Times bestselling author of Running with Scissors.
