Franklin Harvey named to dean’s list
Berklee College of Music in Boston announces that Franklin Harvey of Bayfield has earned placement on the dean’s list for the fall semester of the 2013 academic year.
To be eligible for this honor, a full-time student must achieve a grade point average of 3.4 or above; a part-time student must achieve a grade point average of 3.6 or above.
Ashley Dodd to attend pageant
Ashley Dodd, 19, daughter of Darryl Dodd and Lisa Dodd of Ignacio, has been selected to represent the Centennial State at the 2014 Miss American Coed Pageant.
As the Miss Centennial State Coed, Dodd will attend the National Pageant for her age group in Florida at Walt Disney World during the week of Thanksgiving 2014. She will compete for the National Pageant title of Miss American Coed and thousands of dollars in cash awards, prizes and scholarships.
Nationwide, State Winners and State Pageant Finalist will compete in the 31st annual national scholarship competition organized by American Coed Pageants, Inc.
