1:08 p.m. A drunken man urinated in front of The Spur Cafe, 619 Main Ave. Police made an arrest.
3:18 p.m. The traffic signal at Ninth Street and Camino del Rio was malfunctioning.
7:27 p.m. A drunken man fell into a window and was trying to fight a man in the 700 block of Main Avenue.
