12:10 a.m. Two men pulled switches to turn off the power at the Strater Hotel, 699 Main Ave.
Wednesday
9:10 a.m. A man on a bicycle was toppling newspaper stands at Town Plaza.
1:34 p.m. A man panhandling in the 1100 block of South Camino del Rio waived a knife at passing vehicles. Police made an arrest.
4:19 p.m. A man reported that someone unlatched his gate and let his dog loose while he was away in the 1800 block of Glenisle Avenue.

Firefighters and medics responded to 12 calls, including four traffic crashes: one in the 12500 block of U.S. Highway 160, a second at 12th Street and Camino del Rio, a third in the 500 block of Camino del Rio and a fourth near county roads 211 and 141 (Wildcat Canyon Road).
