These are critical times for our community and who we elect for our next City Council will make a big difference. I endorse Kim Baxter and Barbara Noseworthy. I think these two candidates stand out as exceptionally well qualified to serve. I have personally met with both of them and I have a lot of respect for their positions, experience, and approach to problem solving.
Kim and Barbara stand out as knowledgeable, highly qualified and committed. Both possess the leadership skills and experience necessary to work with the council in a collaborative and productive manner. Kim and Barbara have also demonstrated a keen interest in understanding the issues facing our community. They have attended city council meetings to gain greater contextual understanding and deeper insights into the issues, as well as engaging in significant community outreach to connect with residents. They understand the need to address fiscal sustainability and infrastructure, and they have the knowledge and skills necessary to create a path forward. They are involved, well-informed and educated on the needs of our community and, when elected, they will hit the ground running.
This upcoming election is very important and an opportunity for our elected City Council to take back control of our community!
