The Pine River Library in Bayfield is in celebration mode after winning the 2014 Best Small Library in America award from the Library Journal. On Sunday, Judy Gotthelf, president of the Friends of the Library in Bayfield, serves cake while the Bayfield Middle School Orchestra plays.
