What is with the potholes in the entrance to the shopping center? I am talking about the huge ones by the old Payless entrance. Who is responsible for the repair?
I watched a car slowly trying to get the front wheels out of one of the large holes. Is Walmart responsible or are the other businesses supposed to chip in and pay to fill or resurface the lot?
