The seventh annual Splash & Dash summer event will take place from 8 a.m. to noon Saturday at Rotary Park, 1565 East Second Ave.
The event will featuring 5K and 1K races, live music by LokiMoon, barbecue from Serious Texas and a variety of games. Registration for the 5K and 1K opens at 8 a.m. The 5K starts at 9 a.m. and the 1K starts at 10 a.m. Prizes will be award to the best team costume and first and second place speeds.
Admission is free for children 17 and younger and $20 for adults. Lunch is $7.
