Purgatory Resort plans to open backside trails this weekend.
This weekend, Purgatory Resort will open backside trails accessed by Lift 3.
Senior Director of Mountain Operations Sam Williams plans to open more trails, including Peace, Boogie, Snag, Airmail, Zinfandel, Where and Deadspike (weather permitting).
The ski area continues to make snow across the backside to open additional lifts and terrain as soon as possible.
