A methane rulemaking session will take place at 6 p.m. Wednesday at the La Plata County Administration Building, 1101 East Second Ave.
The Air Quality Control Commission will come to Durango as it considers implementing statewide methane leak-detection and repair standards for oil and gas and mandated reductions to noxious, volatile organic compounds.
