Because I have subscribed to The Durango Herald for 20 years with no complaint about the price (not officially, anyway), why do I have to answer survey questions to read articles online?
I am sure that most folks start out as I did and took them seriously, but now I just say whatever to get on with my search for local news.
I work out of the country and perhaps because of the Internet service provider, I cannot comment on any articles.
I regret that I cannot be home all the time but regret even more that I cannot put in my two cents on articles I feel strongly about.
