Seniors Outdoors announces activities
Seniors Outdoors will host the following activities:
A hike on Haflin Creek Trail to Missionary Ridge is scheduled at 8 a.m. Monday. Dogs on a leash will be allowed. Cost to carpool is $2. To RSVP, call Wayne Bedor at 764-4089 or email waynebedor@yahoo.com.
A Monday bike ride for intermediate road cyclists is scheduled at 9:30 a.m. Monday. This is a no-drop, social ride of 16 miles from Home Depot to Bread. A hike of the Upper Elbert Creek Loop is scheduled at 8 a.m. Wednesday. Participants should drive behind Purgatory to the upper trailhead. Cost to carpool is $5. To RSVP, call Susan Beck-Brown at 375-0948 or email sbeckbrown@yahoo.com.
The Wednesday Wanderers will hike Dalla Mountain Park at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday. The group will begin at the trailhead off Birkett Street. Dogs on leashes will be allowed. Nonmembers should RSVP to Marianne Pearlman at 375-9257.
A hike on Slide Rock Trail to Kennebec is scheduled at 8 a.m. Thursday. Cost to car pool is $5. Well-behaved dogs are allowed. To RSVP, call Steve Krest at 588-3806.
