Pinwheels for peace

Park Elementary School student Ryver Furnas watches a pinwheel spin with messages of peace created by his classmates. The pinwheels were delivered Monday to the front yards of homes neighboring the school as part of a celebration of International Peace Day coordinated by Deb Jackson, the school’s art teacher.
